All claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all requests must be submitted no later than 30 days after the expected delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
